On Monday night our u14 boys travelled to Bennettsbridge for the third round of their league championship campaign.
Bennettsbridge had the upper hand through much of the first half and were quite a bit in front at half time but with a few tactical changes and a very good half time boost Piltown came out in the second half to put in a tremendous performance with some great points scored and some great passing and team work from all the lads.
Bennettsbridge did win but Piltown definitely owned the second half.
Our lads are due a win soon and hopefully we can get a result in our next couple of games.
Next match is next Monday at home to Tullogher so let’s hope we can get a good result.
