Our new pitch was is top order with playing conditions perfect.
As usual, this was a tough battle between the two clubs, no ball easy won.
Piltown held a nice lead after 30 mins, 1.11 to 0.08, but we know Windgap would not be found wanting in the second half.
The intensity of the match remained high throughout the second half.
With 5 wins to go, Windga hit a bullet of a 21 yard free to bring the game back to 3 points, 1.19 to 1.16. Piltown tagged on 3 more points while Windgap blasted home a 2nd 21 yard.
The final score was 1.22 to 2.16, resulting in a nice win for Piltown.
